Since 2011
A technology company built through persistence
PrajnaBytes builds software, automation and business systems, and takes responsibility for keeping them running.
Where it began
The work began in 2011 as ISCL Online, a practice established in Greater Kailash II, New Delhi, providing web development and digital marketing services to organisations in Delhi. Under that name, the practice also delivered technology training to students of University of Delhi colleges.
Our founder, Isrg Rajan, was educated in Delhi, where the practice grew. In 2022–2023 he returned to his home district, Gonda, and in 2023 PrajnaBytes International Private Limited was incorporated in Uttar Pradesh. ISCL Online, together with its work and client relationships, was integrated into the new company.
How we think about our work
A system that is delivered and then left without ownership becomes a risk: software falls behind on updates, backups go untested, and knowledge sits with individuals. We are organised around continuing responsibility: defined scope, documented systems, routine maintenance and honest reporting.
Source code, credentials and documentation always stay with the client. No one should depend on us for access to their own systems.
The name
Prajna is a Sanskrit word for wisdom and insight. Bytes are the basic unit of computing. Together, the name is a reminder to bring judgement, not only technology, to every problem we work on.
